Wow! Thank you for this info. Dollar Tree can be so overwhelming that I don't even look at the food. I especially appreciate when you read the ingredients. It is so helpful because I won't have to take the time to pick everything up, find the ingredients, etcetera. You also clearly show the item front and back. It provides a great visual, making it easier to spot these items in the store.

A note for the dried fruit: The Bfruitful is the brand you want like you show. The So Natural brand that I've seen there has sugar as a second ingredient. Very important to check labels!

The only thing is some of these items can be high in sodium. People go on all the time about "healthy avoidance of sugars/corn syrups" but sodium can be very dangerous as well.

Some of their dehydrated foods are from China. Be very wary of imported foods like these. They don’t use best practices for farming or even packaging.

I’ve been buying from dollar tree for at least 10yrs. Sometimes you don’t have a lot. And some things you can get from Walmart cheaper. Luckily it’s next door.

Sunflower oil in Skinny Pop and vegetable oil in the Cape Cod chips is not healthy! If it doesn’t have olive, avocado or coconut oil, I’m not eating it
