Does Dune Imperium Uprising fit in the D I Deluxe Edition Box?!?

I managed to fit it, but my cards are not sleeved ;) I used the smaller square insert box for all the uprising components (but i had to cut out card separators, so the biggest compartment fits all the UPRISING cards easily). All the base game + expansion cards and tokens fitted in the long insert box. The team play components I had to place in a separate plastic bag + extra board on top makes the lid not to close fully (maybe 1 cm raised. But im still happy with that. That UPRSING box is 70% air ;)

Yeah, I’m pretty bummed that it seems my choice is either unsleeved cards and the game all in one box, or sleeved cards and game spread across 2 boxes. It’s not a big deal, but I do love combining all products for a particular game in one box if at all possible. But, as I have to do multiple boxes for Firefly, Talisman, Arkham Horror, Mansions of Madness, Star Trek Ascendancy, Star Trek Fleet Captains. Star Wars Imperial Assault, and so many others, having to split this one in two is not that big a deal in the grand scheme of things.😅

I regret buying the Original Game seeing this. I do plan to buy the Delux box and all expansions. But also I want the Uprising :(

Thanks for the video. I expect someone will come up with a custom insert which allows for everything to be stored in the same box, alothough that'll cost extra of course.

What about fitting Uprising, Ix, and Immortality into the Deluxe box? I don't have the OG.

It should fit fine. One base game (either DI vanilla or Uprising) and Rise of Ix and Immortality, will all fit in the Deluxe box

That's what I did. It is still pretty snug, with some box lift.

If you have Dune imperium already is it worth getting uprising?

I definitely believe so. Not only does it add all the characters and things missing from D:I due to them being part of Dune Part 2 (Feyd, taking out the shield wall, worm riding, etc), but almost all of the cards from D:I can be added to D:IU. I also feel the board with the Spy mechanic is a vast improvement over the original board. I would definitely recommend it if you enjoy D:I already.
