I think, zgis attempt to force AES to come back to ECOWAS is simply the wish of Europeans, who want to maintain the status quo, eventhough, the ECOWAS leaders have proven to be traitirs of the sovereign people of west africa. Yes, AES nationals will need their friends and relatives in ECOWAS, but any cooperation can only be better, ehen trust is regained. In any case tge Sahel countries of AES do not need any lectures of unity, but trust and regional cooperation.vIf UK can vrecit from EU and still trade, communicate and cooperate with EU, then AES can do same with Ecowas neighbours.
