I have mainly used colors to differentiate the strength of the line blue 20#+, yellow 5#, green 8#, etc 🤷‍♂️

That’s a solid strategy because the color may not matter in many scenarios

umm some of my best catches have been on black braid, maybe because fish are less familiar with black? not many people use it. I don't like the green moss, plus most fish are looking up, not down, but if a fish can see a line, that means they can see your hooks...like are we making this more difficult than what it is? I think you are right like most of the time it does not matter the color.

I used the power pro v2 in blue for the past year and loved it, I’ve used yellow, dark green, and white all in the past with success. I just spooled my 2 inshore rods up with the aqua green and I think it will work well. I fish Dunedin, Clearwater, palm harbor, upper Tampa bay mostly and all the times I’ve snorkeled there the water is VERY green especially during the early spring to late fall. Hoping to have good luck, I LOVE the power pro 8 strand btw. Thanks for another great video! 👍🏻

I use mostly bright green so I can track it better casting into mangroves especially during low light conditions. I do have “ghost” colored line on my finesse spinners though.

Man this is a forgotten question I’ve always needed a little intel on. So many colors to choose from. I’ve used moss green for the most part in dirty water and white in cleaner water. That was my best educated guess lol. Thanks for clearing that up. I know trout fishing in mountain streams using a light line invisible line makes a huge difference but wasn’t really sure inshore fishing.

AWESOME VIDEO DUDE 🤙🤙🤙.. I USE WHITE POWER PRO... AND USE A COLORED SHARPIE TO COLOR ABOUT 4 OR 5 FEET OF LINE TO MATCH THE COLOR OF THE WATER... 👍👍👍

I'm too superstitious when it comes to fishing. I only use olive green. Cause where i fish, there's lots of grass bottom with flouting grass. I think it blends in well.

Suffix 832 in the neon green for my old eyes or the coastal camo. Suffix also has the brown green camo too. Great line.

🌴hey CA , we’ll line color has always been a thing with me, now I know this is about braid but it seems that this should be about all lines used , are translucent lines actually invisible under water ? , do they show up as a prism , can fish see it ? , or is matching lines to the colored the water is as important as camouflage to hunting , myself I thing matching line to water color helps, I’ve asked a lot of people on you tube if fly line color scares fish since there is a lot of bright colors being used, a lot said it doesn’t matter since you usually have and 8-9 ‘ ft leader but if I could get fly lines that match the area I usually fish I would match it , so I think it’s just personal preference, after all our job as fisherman is to deceive fish into biting the lure , fly , bait in its natural form and if camouflage by line color helps , why not . 🤔

I have bright green power pro and I also have red. I've heard that red is one of the first colors to disappear once underwater. To each their own. IMHO I don't think it matters too much.

Thanks for the info, I’ve used dark green for many years, I just can’t get around to changing, I’d lose that confidence feel, kinda like the lures you’ve had success with it’s hard to use something new.

Remember the thinner the braid the less it will matter. Such as 8lb braid

I only fish in river mouths with mostly dirty water, more at night than during the day. Do you think moss green is the best choice? I always use that one. Greetings from Italy
