Do we know what happened to Portier? Heard rumors that he was hurt, but with Norvell's policy to treat injuries like nuclear secrets, it's hard to get any reliable info. The comments Bud just made seem like he's done for the year.

coleman's a BOOT dawg. I wouldn't expect anything less. Him and jw might be best 1-2 punch in the country. Big question is who's #3 and #4 and what have they done at fsu? j douglas is another cat from the BOOT. You welcome. LSU's LB corps has more than just Perkins and Speights. The #3 is a returning starter that was #2 in tackles last year for LSU.

Our Achilles heel last season at Wr was trying to force jump balls to 4’11 Pittman. So now with Keon we have a better chance of winning those battles. Hopefully we have someone that can step in and do what Ontario Wilson did for us with the deep balls and fade routes.

The only team that has more five star WR than LSU is Ohio :State. As it has one more five-star receiver than LSU. I know all FSU fans brag about FSU's WRs, but nonetheless, those WRs aren't as good as LSU's WRs . I know, FSU claims they have the best OL, but nonetheless, LSU has the de facto best OL in the country. LSU also has better TEs as well. The running backs are a wash. The QBs are a wash. LSU's front seven is the de facto best in the country. LSU has the better safeties. The only question on the LSU defense are corners. Nonetheless, while they are all new, they nevertheless were all highly touted from where they were before. So, of course, FSU will try to exploit them, but I'm confident in their ability. As they have been sharpened by LSU's WRs. LSU wins.

Not concerned about WRs or offense for that matter. Defense middle from line to backfield is troubling.
