I think a lot of us are taking their lack of pop culture & historical knowledge too seriously. I'm Gen X and only missed the serial killer question (thought it was Son of Sam). There are things that Gen Z hasn’t learned yet. When you lived during the times of the events, it's easier to judge. I wouldn’t have gotten the George Carlin or Dustin Hoffman questions right if this had been asked when I was a teenager. Give Gen Z some grace.

I mainly know about the Kennedy Assassination because I'm a massive _Doctor Who_ fan. Kennedy was assassinated on November 22rd, 1963. The first-ever episode of _Doctor Who_ aired on November 23rd, 1963. As you might be able to imagine, this didn't do wonders for DW's viewing figures. In fact, the viewership was so low, the producers even resorted to re-airing the pilot the next week right before episode 2, so people getting into the show wouldn't miss out in seeing the first episode. At any rate, for this reason, most big Whovians know the exact date of Kennedy's murder.

10:51 - that is not a map of The Berlin Wall! That is a map of how the whole of Germany was occupied after WWII; how it was divided into sections that were administered by America, Britain, France, and the Soviet Union. The line highlighted in this map was simply the border between what would become East and West Germany, and was nearly 900 miles long! The Berlin Wall was 27 miles long and was erected in Berlin itself, which was deep in the Soviet-controlled area of Germany shown by the map given here. Despite being in the Soviet zone, because of its importance Berlin was also split into sections given over to the British, Americans, French, and Soviets to administer, which essentially made West Berlin an island in the middle of East Germany.
