Just starting research, have a son with ADD and has had an IEP since 1st grade. He is entering 9th grade public high school and we are so tired of trying to put a square peg in a round hole. IEP in our county has been pretty good, he makes A's and B's and has no behavioral issues. He has been bullied and the social anxiety is can be crippling. For years we've pushed him to go and continue to tell him he can do hard things. We feel he is mature enough now to handle doing an online education. Our biggest concern is having to be his teacher, we both work from home and certainly not teachers! We have a friend that had success in time 4 learning so we're considering it. I love your videos! Some universities require accredited transcripts and will not take the transcript of a parent. So a better answer would be to find out what college a child wants to go and see their requirements. It would be a sad situation that a homeschool child is turned down because they did not have accredited transcripts to the school of their choice since some do require it.

Thank you for taking the time to comment. Yes, some universities do, but there are also services that will take a parent transcript and write an accredited one. But you are also right in that we should be looking at requirements.
