Its more a placebo effect its not true hypnosis but its weird it has a lot of grey areas

It's not hypnosis is pretty much every part of your brain except for your subconscious that's focused out and the person can put suggestions in your subconscious that will then be in your subconscious and your subconscious is in charge of ideas and things like feeling guilty about eating unhealthy or smoking a cigarette
