This is motocross at its’ core. Anyone that gets offended by this must not have been paying attention for the last several decades. This is called “tradition” when a champion is crowned at the end of a series. These engines are built to the 9’s to stretch every ounce of performance out of them and are rebuilt after every single race. This rider, team, and family/friends deserve to have a little bit of fun after working this hard and making this title happen. Plus, it’s a heck of a lot of fun for the fans on site. Everyone has something to say about everything these days. Haiden earned every bit of this title. The last 3 races he’s been in “championship mode” and still managed to win motos and show his dominance. Kitchen has been riding much better the last couple races, but he wasn’t racing Deegan when he’s fully pushing. Congrats to Kitchen though. It’s been an incredible 250 outdoor season.

Well not really, if it was a stock motor then ok, this is a built engine most of the internals i dont even think yamaha produce, i swear they even say in a video things like the trans and crank and piston and valves are all out sourced, kawi did the same video with ac's bike except his didnt blow up at the end, they even sent the piston off to be inspected and it came back the piston out the kawi could still go do another race (all on video), if anything i thought this engine would of gone at least a minute or two longer.

Haiden tried to blow up his bike after the SMX championship and no can do , Yamaha's along with Honda are the most bulletproof bike brands out there and are 1-2 in reliability going back many many decades .

My first race on a Bultaco 200 overheated because the fins filled with mud.I was chasing the guy in 1st when it lost power and failed. I pulled in the pits and held it wide open. Took about 40 seconds to sieze.What a pos.
