In this video we review the TYM 2515H tractor. The TYM 2515H is a 25HP Hydrostatic tractor with a 2200LB loader lift capacity.
Quick Hitch: amzn.to/3QDF6Gh
TYM tractors are made in South Korea and assembled in the USA. Branson tractors was aquired by TYM and the TYM 21515H is a former Branson 2515H which is now a model in the TYM lineup.
What is unique about the TYM2515H is that it because it has a fuel efficent 25HP engine it does not require emissions controls like DEF or a Regen system.
The TYM 2515 has a 25HP Kukje Diesel engine which is based on the Cummins Engine design. It is a completely mechanical diesel engine built for longevity.
The TYM 2515 is on the same frame as the TYM 474 which is a 47HP larger tractor in the TYM lineup.

Congratulations. It's a great tractor and way more capable than you would expect. It's handled great on hills with loaded tires.

its not TYM vs Branson. its the exact same tractor, when TYM bought Kukje (Branson) they had to keep the Branson 2515 model by reputation default. it was the best selling tractor in Bransons late years. my Branson 2515 looks exactly like that. all that said. i have well over 200 hours on my Branson 2515R and not one single complaint. very capable machine.

Agreed! Fantastic tractors. Was on the fence if a 25HP tractor had enough power and this thing is a beast compared to tractors with more HP from other brands. This has a class leading loader lift capacity and 3 point lift capacity.

Bought my Branson 2515 about a year ago when TYM purchased the brand. Bought it to clear my property. Has plenty of backhoe power to uproot alder stumps.

Congratulations! It's an amazing machine. It's a beast, it's amazing what it can really do when you put it low gear and start digging with the bucket. My favorite upgrades are at BX Expanded Cutting edge: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rXLclJyLjbmigaMsi=vVrqKBJy66096gPQ and a quick hitch adapter: amzn.to/3TooOnt The cutting edge has added so much functionality. They are kind of pricey but are worth it.

Yea, was told to get a 45 hp tractor but can’t afford one, so looking at a lower cost. Thanks so much for the review.

I was also considering the TYM 474 which is the 47hp tractor but the 2515H has done everything I've asked it to. If you need more power you just throw it into low gear and it moves slower but has the power to do what I need it to.

That's Awesome! Congratulations. I've been impressed by TYM. They seem like a great value that aren't as well known as Green and Orange but have great specs at a more affordable price point. The simplicity of their powertrain design is what drew me to them, seems like something that will last a long time and allows you to self service if needed.

Do you feel like you lost much power going with the hst over the shuttle shift?
@yoloreviews
@yoloreviews 6 ай бұрын
No, the HST has plenty of power for lifting, pulling implements and with the PTO. The key is just to put the tractor in low gear when you need more power. 90% of the time I'm using medium gear and have enough power. The only time that I have needed to pop it in low gear is going up a steep hill with a brush hog on while the PTO is engaged and the brush hog is spinning. Also because of the steepness of the hill I wouldn't have wanted to go any faster. I was worried about the power of a 25HP tractor but with the gearing it does everything I need it to do. The HST is a game changer for fine grading work or in my instance brush hogging a clear cut and being able to avoid stumps and back into tight spaces with the forwards and reverse pedals which would be harder with the shuttle shift. Mentally the HST is less of a mental load if you are working on the tractor all day and just makes things feel easier.

i think people are talking about not having the hp to go up a hill. also if you are at high elevation. my neighbor has a 3515 and to carry a large log in grapple up a hill is a problem. i have a T494 . all the TYM/BRANSON stuff are fantastic choices when it comes to bang for buck.
@yoloreviews
@yoloreviews 3 ай бұрын
The 474 and 494 are awesome tractors. What I’ve noticed with the 2515 is that if you put it in low gear you can go up any hill with max load, you are just going up slower. It also seems like it runs smoother and has a little more power now that I’ve reached 100 hrs of time on the tractor.

I did a lot of research and testing and it seemed like the TYM lineup offered more bang for the buck when compared it to orange or green. Very happy so far and will probably be adding another TYM in the future. I’m also a big fan of their mechanical injection systems, and non computerized drive trains which should offer easier repairs down the road if needed.

The 474 FRAME SERIES is the 20 series Not the 15 Series( yours the 1525,& through the-1548). Your "snales-man" has Lied to you, because ALL The TYM-BRANSON Lititure DOES NOT. This is a GREAT tractor as it is, with its weight,large cube engine,huge lift capacities, ect. The 474 has very little in common with this model=POINT BLANK...AKA The rear end is TOTALY DIFFERENT & HAS 4 RANGES.
@thedylan1820
@thedylan1820 6 ай бұрын
That is false. T474 is the same frame size as the 15 series. The T494 is the model that shares a frame size with the 20 series.

Smoke! Beware too notice you are not seeing any cutting of anything. Not a T474 (48hp) frame, but close. I have only done loader work. 109hrs. No regen yet. I am ignorant of tractors, but for 19 years, as a profession I repaired/maintained/operated diesels 38 to 3600hp. IMO, 14hp can lift 3500# with the caveat of speed. 25hp theshold is idiotic on a 3000# 4-wheel drive anything. A common-rail injection system will give you better economy per horsepower at the crank over a mechanical injection pump. (everything else being same). EPA hatred got a lot of myths out there. But, emmissions parts and repairs (warrenty or out of warrenty) cost time! A 25hp big frame tractor mostly cost time for it's entire 30+ years of life.
