Hello, thank you for the video. But in the end of the day it does not matter which exam you took, you can do PE construction exam, but work as structural engineer and stamp drawings, is this correct?

That depends on the US State in which you practice, some states allow you to practice any type of engineering with a PE, leaving it up to you ethically, some states require a more specific designation.

Is there a reason why the pass rates for repeat test takers is so much lower than first time test takers? Are they graded on a different scale? Perhaps this could be a good video idea.

Ace it depends on the State, some states leave up to you ethically to practice only in your area of competency (not what you tested in). Others stick to the exam. Contact your State for details.

Could you explain the difference between Civil: Water Resources and Environmental VS Environmental Engineering

I ask because my degree was in EnE but it was more of CE degree with a focus in EnE and Water resources. Compared to the regular CE majors My degree was missing certain classes like dynamics and introduction structures but had other classes like microbiology and Material and Energy Balances.
