Add 2 cups of water for 2.5 cups of atta, and rotate in clock and anticlockwise direction alternativel, then you will not have the mess as you have described

Oh ! The dough could become soft or tough even when we knead it with our hands or even in an food processor kneader... it is only a matter of technic and practice that we get the hang of this device. I have given up using my food processor as this kneader is very handy easy to mentain.. only problem being this material is not dishwasher safe I need to daily clean it manually.

I have this and it works like magic for me. I don't put oil. Definitely, need more than given measurement cup. I just do it till the dough is formed and transport to any air tight container. It gives me very good chappaties. I make for 3-4 days. at a time I make only 1 cup or sometimes 2 cups. Like this 2-3 times at the same time.

The container remains clean, better than any other container( used to knead dough). also, hands are clean. I definitely enjoy and anyone from home can do this job for me. Yes...I am NRI livving in Auckland. And I enjoy thouraughly with this equipment.

Hi I bought matching with motor for 650$,& it's a useless ,as motor makes it easier but due to rotation it produces heat n aataa gets furmented after some time..I feel the taste of roti is not good ,so I wasted 650$😢n now I think this one is better ,though the container is light weight here I guess that's the reason of shaking while manually rotating ..Btw how much is the cost n how to order?

I'd ordered this online long time back but just used it today, believe me its the best n easiest thing to knead the dough. The only drawback is you need to one more person to hold the machine . But nevertheless i loved it.

Bought it and returned it after getting frustrated. These things should not be made of plastic, rather should be of heavy metal, and fixed at the base so it won't move. Scientifically thinking, a dough of flour needs much pressure (the pressure of the hands used while kneading is not that insignificant if you think of it) and can't be achieved with this type of light plastic materials. Thanks for uploading this honest video.

Actually i have used this product. It is very good :p It does'nt get your hand dirty and u get good atta in the end. PS: i bought mine from a local store in india, so it was probably cheaper n not this brand.
