Giving up your addiction is only one part of your recovery and after that comes the next steps which is taking full responsibility for ones own actions,making amends to those you have harmed which includes changing your behavior to work towards your mental, emotional and spiritual growth.Sadly I don't not see June doing any of these steps and has continued to leave Pumpkin as the parentified child so technically June is still sick.

I don’t follow this show consistently, I just watch clips on KZbin and I’ve been watching fairly recent episodes and she was still in shape. I click on this episode and I’m like is this an old one?! Sucks to have the surgery and than seemingly let it go to waste as some other commenters here mentioned as well.

Alana should be offered her own show. The show could follow her journey from where she is now to becoming a physically fit teen. She should be offered mental health tools as well as physical health tools. This could help her to heal from what her life has done to her. She could inspire so many lost teens.

Listen my moma was on drugs drinking left us 4 days at a time when I was young . And a lot of other things, but one thing I do no for sure is that she loved us and was there when I needed her the most and 4 that I still loved and love the hell out of my moma would do anything 4 my moma i thank god she's change.
