Disclaimer: Damage caused by eccentric muscle contraction is a normal repsonse due to certain activity. This type of damage shouldn't be so extreme that is should be avoided for most people. It actually is a POSITIVE benefit and is likely to induce resiliency, growth, and tolerance within your connective tissue. :)
Unicycling is more likely to make you sore compared to biking!
It's not necessarily harder, but it sure is more likely to make your legs feel like jello.
Being sore typically isn't necessarily a "bad thing" and damage is also not inherently a "bad thing". Embrace the soreness - if that's your kind of thing
