For the amount of hours he has and the amount of matches he played he is pretty good. Trust me, I have seen so many people who are thousands of hours into the game and they are stuck in silver.

The ranking system is broken (at least for my main account) since I got MFE on my second account. So am I smurfing on my main?

Pretty sure there are skill deflation in csgo mm. Global Elite were used to be the place of Counter-Strike kings and goats. Nowadays even average sweatlords can reach it... even silver players can climb to gold nova easier than before...

Definitely, I'm barely lvl10 in faceit but in MM I can drop 30 kills consistently in global soloqueue lobbies with only aim no brain. They used to feel fairly similar a while ago

feels like dude gets the awp and is more focused on trying to be a passive support awper then rather do more for his team. probably due to ptsd of losing the awp and getting yelled at causing him to lose confidence in his ability causing him to play sub optimally with the awp, contrast to rifles and deagles where you get yelled at less and he probably is more comfortable just following the herd and doing his best there (without overstepping his comfort zone). Decent player tho maybe just not global in my opinion but hey what can i say i am but a poor noob

If i am honest i would say no. Probably haix says yes bc he thinks global players are that bad an in general mm is... Not the best but in my opinion a global player should know how to throw utility. And have a more consistent aim? Bc sometimes he is lacking with awp or rifle and sometimes he hits good shot but not consistently. And in my opinion the biggest problem with him that i noticed that he playes with many players that are better then him so probably he is not try harding that much bc he knows either way they will win.

Can't lie he was better than I was expecting, I've seen way worse reach global who weren't even boosted all the way there. The potential for using the awp might be there given his flicks, but he seems way too passive with it and unused to the mechanics - I suspect he'd do well if he focused on replicating the way Dev1ce uses the awp rather than trying to become a M0nesy / S1mple wannabe or playing hyper passive.
