You all look so happy and healthy. Your garden looks lovely, lots of watering needed with those potted plants, as I am sure you are aware - I have a tiny garden, and all my plants are in pots, so I have one of those extendable hoses, which is great, as it shrinks back down after use into a very small hose, and I store mine in a plastic round tub. I also have two small water buts, to catch all the rain I can, as the plants prefer this to tap water of course. Teddy is adorable, as is Oscar, and it is so good that your love is given to everyone. I wasn't surprised when you said you had put Teddy down in the wardrobe area for a nap. I always thought it would be a good place for him whilst he is very small. Your seating area looks very nice. I keep my hydrangeas out of full sun and water frequently when it is hot but they will let you know when they are thirsty! If you can, I suggest putting some of your small pot plants on top of the slabs holding the umbrella shade up. It would prevent anyone, including little Teddy from tripping up.

Suggestion from a gardener, slide your square hydrangea pots over onto the bad grass area, and open up a little more prime paver area, especially for when teddy is crawling ❤ obviously do what you want also! 🤪

I would put the herbs higher as toxic to Otto maybe on high shelving outside? there are solar lighting you can get to install on the fence or outside your home. Glad you two are feeling better :) Once you finish your shed and a bit of seeding on the grass area why not an award for you is a charming garden you have :) will you get a swing for Teddy out of doors a little area he can play safely in shade outside when he's older. Whenever you can post is fine take care of yourselves and enjoy your summer :)

Your roses are stunning!! I am not a gardener, but I am growing some herbs and always check to see plants effects on cats (and they usually give info on dog too). I bought mint and read that is is toxic to both cats and dogs. Also, I read that mint will harm plants with more delicate root systems. Again, I'm not a gardener, but have researched for my purposes, mainly regarding pets. Just wanted to share that info. Your garden looks beautiful and so private. Teddy is gorgeous!

Get something booked whilst he is at this age! I did a UK getaway last year with a 5 month old and it was the best time to do it. I am currently packing to fly tomorrow for a two week trip with my now walking 14 month old... whilst being 7 months pregnant... with a cold 😂 I have lists within lists as long as my arm, wish me luck 🤞

Just an FYI. This morning I was deadheading my hydrangeas and my dog grabbed and ate a flower and a stem. He was very sick within a half hour. Learned they are toxic to dogs the hard way. All well now. Just wanted you to be aware to pick up everything!

Just a quick observation, don’t give Otto any chew sticks made out of raw hide, it’s a by product of the leather industry and not good for dogs! Loads of better chews out there .

Agree. I've watched Laura for years and lately I think she's mumbling more and hard to understand at times. I'm Australian and used to hearing English in multiple accents, but I find that Laura mumbles and needs to slow down and speak clearly!

The beginning seemed much speedier than usual! If you click on the video and look for the gear symbol there's a great Playback Speed option, try 0.75 The voice still sounds normal not like an old record on the wrong speed 😆
