that what happened when you reached vram limit, the more memory bandwitdh/speed you have the less it impact performance when the vram spilled.

Good to know. Indiana Jones sure took a whooping with 3.0. Wonder if it's coded differently in a way that it must constantly load/unload textures etc. from VRAM or something. Maybe just overall poor optimizations? There's definitely a reason and I would love to know what's up with that game. Considering 99% of games seem to be similar in performance or have a small difference, they must have something unoptimized with the actual game itself. I'll be very curious about the Intel B580 3.0 vs 4.0 considering it's x8. Hopefully it's not a big difference like most GPUs except maybe a 4090 doing 4k which might actually benefit much more from a 4.0 connection.

The 4060ti becomes a 3060ti which is strange because the RTX 4070 hardly makes a big difference even the 4090 still comes to 98%. I have no issues with my 4070 because its also PCI 3.0 but with 16 lanes so the different is not noticeable and available

Its impossible such a big difference. Something wrong. Maybe pcie3.0 runs at x4 or something like this. In real tests there are very small difference, max 3%

You looked at the start of the video and posted. Watch further in. There is no difference in many games.

4060 (ti), 5060 with 8 gb vram its a shame!😢

I agree! Nvidia truly failed in that area. They should have just engineered a 4060 Ti 16gb or maybe 12gb and only 8gb for a regular 4060. They are all over the place. They are dubbed Ngreedia for a reason and doubt that will change unless the market forces them to. If people decide to stick it to them then prices will drop, but nah. Gotta chase those numbers I suppose.
