I always do a prewash before the contactwash. I have 5L of the old version of BiltHamber Touch-Less, and sometimes I foam it (2% PIRish = medium strenght) and if the car is very dirty I just mix it 5% in a pumpsprayer. Works very well. Haven't tried Koch GS, but have some VBn if I need some heavy duty cleaningpower.

Touchless in a pump sprayer for me, it just does what you want at a reasonable price. Imo there's nothing to better it.

Yes, prewashing to remove initial grit and let it dwell but without using water first. It's better to use the prewash solution, let it dwell and then use water, foam and then contact wash all if you are using soap. I use APC first, let it dwell then hose it, then spray Rinseless, then contact wash with Rinseless

Nice video Matt. Do you think that your results would any different if the test vehicle wasn't coated, given the self cleaning properties of a ceramic? I also wonder whether 4% ofnan APC might be a good shout, simply because BH advise 4% won't degrade a wax? Really looking forward to the winter wash video. All the best. 👍

I've had good results using Surfex HD as a pre wash in a pump sprayer 10:1.

@robsx4280 agreed, it's great at that rate but, will degrade a wax. It'd a great product though 👌
