So, what do you say? Is it important to run Bitcoin nodes, or no? Would you run one? And is Craig Wright the Donald Trump of Bitcoin?

Confound the State, run your own node.

As always information rich, valuable and precise contribution to the community. The way you explain you are doing a very valuable service to us, in some way similar to the nodes. 😉

I am just curious to what happens to Bitcoin lightning if there is a fork of the main chain in the future. Would that make two separate lightning networks?
@Bitcoinftm2 жыл бұрын
That's a really interesting question. Those coins would exist on 2 chains, which means, effectively, lightning network would fracture, and yeah, I think it would create 2 lightning networks, assuming the new fork also supported it... but, the old lightning nodes would stay on the current chain, so there would be no infrastructure running that lightning network, at least not at first.

Nodes are god: they make and enforce the rules. 100k + worldwide nodes are the reason BTC is the most valuable blockchain in the world

Can you do a video on lightning channels offline? Thank you

I mean you could easily shutdown 14 Nodes. These people never consider that someone would want to stop the BTC Blockchain. Its like if we would live in a world were something similar never happend... Maybe not in this size but how knows.

In your intro, the tweets you showed had nothing to do with Craig Wright. They simply explained that running an observation node does not add blocks and hence does not contribute to direct "consensus". The other things like privacy and wanting to learn are all valid but not the argument.

I wouldn’t even argue with BSV supporters. As Trader University has said, it’s failed. They lost the war. The market has spoken as well. When compared against the value of btc it’s going to zero.

bitcoin sv seems to be more for enterprise workloads... not a big fan of the block size but calling it a shitcoin without receipts is pretty low IQ.

There are two up to date nodes…. What would YOU call that?
@jayarchitect2 жыл бұрын
@@Bitcoinftm those two nodes can process more transactions per second and hold more block data than all the crypto currency projects combined... lol..
