What scares me abut getting this piercing is that it’s painful to the point where your eyes start watering. I asked my mom if I could get this piercing during break

No the tears are just a reflex like it happens the septum is ranked very low on a pain scale but everyone is different

It doesn't hurt as long as they don't get the cartilage just double Check on them That they didn't get the cartilage cause. If you do get the cartilage, it hurts.

I'd recommend getting a fake piercing at Claire's or something and wear it and see how it looks and if you like it you can go get one

I just got my septum pierced yesterday and it did not hurt at all! 😭🩷🙌🏾 Not the clamps. Not even the piercing itself! It was a great experience and it looks so cute! (My eyes watered though! 🥲🤣 Probably just as a natural reflex)
