#DidYouKnow: Static friction is when an object is held stationary against another and neither moves with respect to each other. A certain minimum tangential (lateral) force is required to budge them, and then they start moving in relation to one another. For example, Papers on a tabletop. We count on them not falling off. However, sufficient wind force or earthquake vibrations can dislodge the papers and other objects, overcoming the static friction force. ✅To learn more about Friction, enroll in our full course now: infinitylearn.com/cbse-fullcourse?KZbin&DME&SMp-jnh8lg To cover all concepts related to Physics visit our playlist here: bit.ly/PhysicsVideos_DMYT

Plzz explain more about kinetic friction
@siba79manik4 жыл бұрын
Kinetic friction is the force that comes into play when there is some relative motion between two bodies..... That is when u are pushing a table on the floor and the table is in the state of motion, then it experiences kinetic friction or sliding friction..... I hope u understood
@siba79manik4 жыл бұрын
Whereas static friction is the force u experience first while pushing the table when it is not in motion..... It is in rest....
