Just to be clear, i tested these battlegrounds games: The Strongest B. - Heroes B. Sorcerer B. - Curse B. - Ultimate B. - Z B. - Seas B. These are the battleground games that i think are the most popular. Vanishing Kick is a gap-closing ability and you have a 4s - 5s window to land the second part assuming you won't receive any form of damage in the time you can recast it. also you can counter it so that's an info.

If you think about it hard tho, any counter move has infinite range, let's say, there is an attack in the game with infinity range (cough cough.) no matter how far you travel away from the counter, the "infinity ranged attack" will activate it no matter what

Guys, let me make this clear, COUNTERS does not count. Counters are PROGRAMMED to hit the player that activates the counter. Moves like death counter depends on the range of the move that activated the counter in the first place.

Death counter isn’t actually that fast (in game, not canonically) and if people are trying to talk about how fast stringest hero is, Omni is a better example. When you get death countered, people around you can kinda see the user of the counter wrap around the player, it’s not instant. This might be slower than speed blitz or straight on. strongest hero would still be the second fastest character though, because of Omni direction punch (behind suiryu) and sonic would be in 3rd place cuz his ult animation, twin blade, and four field are the only other moves with afterimages. (I think)

5 seconds but at the same time it keeps a consistent travel time im not gonna try and find out how long that is cause im too lazy rn but assuming it takes 1 second to slam when right on their face it would also take that same time at 10000000 studs notice how no matter how far away they were it was always the same travel time?

@@mastercole-ro5pz the point is that to access the follow-up the Suiryu needs to hit someone, which puts them right next to that person. Thus, the follow-up's range is limited in practice, since there's no way to cover a large distance that takes less than five seconds (hi Tatsu awakening).

Testing the death counter is impossible cause it is coded that the death counter follows the player who got countered everywhere. It depends on the range of the attack that activated the counter. Idk about atomic slash. It might be different, but im pretty sure it's the same system as the death counter (this counts for the death blow, too)
