DOES THE PORSCHE CAYENNE WORK OFF ROAD? | Modified Overland Rebel Cayenne Turbo S |

We are back working with Rebel Porsche at the NY500 here in Yorkshire. Rebel is the brainchild of one of the owners of the really popular car cafe and meeting place, the North Yorkshire 500. I was invited out to test out a couple of their demonstrator vehicles, one a Cayenne 4.8 Turbo and another a Cayenne GTS, both of these cars are the Cayenne 957 meaning they have the high and low boxes and all the clever stuff that is needed when the going gets tough.
Many people disregard the Cayenne when it comes to off road capability but the tech and engineering Porsche go to when designing these cars is quite extraordinary, what Rebel do is turn that up to 11. You will have seen may Cayennes like this on the internet in the States, they call these cars overland cayenne and thats exactly what Rebel have done. Take a normal Cayenne put a lift kit on, chunky off road tires, roof bars & a not so subtle wrap, it is then it is graced with the Rebel badge and really becomes something entirely different.
We set off today to explore some roads, that quickly descended into chaos, taking the cars through the woods to find out how they got on, the result was nothing short of unbelievable.

Long lock is longitudinal lock, meaning it locks the front and rear together. Very helpful off road. Never drive on pavement with it on
