Have had my Note 20 Ultra for 4 years now and love the phone especially the camera and the internal memory which I have upgraded to 1 TB, even if Samsung doesn't update the phone to the latest version of Android I hope I can keep it at least 4 more years before I'm upgrading to another phone. I live in the u.k and have had my note 20 ultra for 3 years now. Have the snapdragon version and I wouldn't swap it for anything and is still in pristine condition. Camera and the speed are all top notch the only thing I had to do was buy a replacement s pen because the original broke. Awesome phone!

I am already using S23 Ultra as my daily driver, but I still keep my Note 20 Ultra. It still keeps up with the S23 Ultra even if it does no have that AI feature. It still rocks! I limited the phone to max charging to 80 percent only so the battery still lasts a day.

I got one from amazon for around 300 bucks. Good screen, build, camera. SD CARD support. I was lucky enough to get an actual "used, like new" from the amazon warehouse and NOT refurbished. I've had amazon renewed devices, and they are always questionable.

Just upgraded to the S24 Ultra on prime day but my Note 20 Ultra is still going strong. Even dropped it from the roof of a car going 60 mph on accident with nothing on it but a basic Spigen case a few months ago and it was unscathed. Only issues I really had were it sometimes not showing incoming calls and headphone jack dongles always disconnecting.

Yesterday I ordered Note20 Ultra 512 GB version with Snapdragon. Now I have the S24 Ultra 1TB for which I paid €1800 but I hate it. It gets easily scratched. 100% of the time in official case and still gets scratched ""titanium"" sides while in the case, also the screen has microscratches. I miss my previous phone. Didn't use any of the gimmicky AI features even once during the last 8 months so nothing interesting on S24U for me except raw power but it's so fragile and ugly that for the first time ever I'm "downgrading" my device but I feel like I'm upgrading.

I'm going from an iphone 13 pro max to this & I haven't had a Samsung in years either. I had a Note 8 and it stopped working in 2019. I had a Motorola phone since then the iphone 8+, it was good but not great in my opinion. I got bored with iOS limitations, just my opinion. This is the closest alternative to the iphone to me. Has that premium build still, has the promotion display just called something different on Samsung, big screen if not bigger, & costs much less then the iphone 13 pro max but offers more that I care about.

I had the Note 20 Ultra. I upgraded to the S23 Ultra. And the note 20 Ultra battery life is so poor compared to the S23Ultra but its alot older. The consistancy / lag or bugs. i have had 0 issues with my S23Ultra not sure why u had them maybe an US thing. As a back up phone its great the Note 20 Ultra. But its now getting to the point no updates with android etc. But my daughter is more then happy with the Note 20 Ultra :) For me i couldnt go back to it. I love my S23 Ultra.

I actually have the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and you definitely had gotten a defected model because my phone is super fast, smooth, snappy, sharp, and consistent across the board. It never lags, stutters, or has even an occasional hiccup. Its always a fluid experience everday for me. It's also a lot smoother than any iPhone I've ever had as well and since the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 is one of the best processors ever made for a smartphone I'm quite sure anyone without a defected version of the phone will tell you it's WAY more "consistently smooth" than it's 3 year old predecessor.
