Does this board still hold up 1 year later?? (Electric Skateboard Wowgo 3E)

Wow funny you post this my guy. Let me share my recent experience with my wowgo 3e in detail. So I have zero experience skateboarding regular or electric. I was hilariously bad starting out. I had zero intentions getting into it and one day was looking for a cheap means of transport to get to the bus stop faster. I stumbled upon a brand new Caroma single hub 350w 27.5 inch mini cruiser. It was slow especially with me weighing 200 pounds at the time. I could barely stand on it and busted my ass due to putting too much weight on my rear foot and having the thing slip out from that mega short wheelbase. The 82A wheels with the stiff deck just was horrible and my roads/sidewalks are rough. I hated the board, at first, but then started to have fun once I was able to balance(I had the trucks tightened up all the way) and was like, huh, I pictured myself riding a LONGboard with the longer wheelbase and not having to worry about the board slipping out via my rear foot and I was like oh my God I have to have one of those it would be a blast! I was totally accurate it's been years in years since I've felt this much fun and this level of endorphins. I started out in the first setting figuring out how to balance properly, and worked my way up to 2 within a few minutes, and then just spent a bit feeling it out around 12 to 15mph. Then it was either later that day or the next day, I cranked it up to the 3rd setting and was cooking 21mph which to me felt unbelievable and I really shouldn't have been doing it at my level I was at still. Two weeks later: I've put 200 MILES on this sucker averaging two charge cycles per day. I was for sure getting my use out of it. I discovered a new hobby on accident while trying to find a form of transportation. and am going to meet new friends because of it. But waiiit! I started hearing a clunking noise from one of my motors during hard braking. I took the belt off to see if it was it and the noise was indeed coming from the inside of the motor, I messaged wowgo that night and then the next morning the motor completely stopped working and then messaged wowgo again updating them on the situation. It took them 4 days to respond. She doesn't speak good English and knows NOTHING about Boards lacking common sense and knowledge for them. It took a week of going back and forth with messages and videos to confirm to them it was broken and it's been 2 days since they've told me they were arranging a replacement to be sent and they haven't confirmed it being sent out yet. I was tempted to just fucking pay the 100 for one to get it right away. But it's just so shitty because this is generally a reliable board with stellar reviews so I'm very pissed Im this unlucky. It's kind of harious how quickly I became super super great at carving like a beast. It's also kind of hilarious how great I can carve and then when I go to push with my right foot I lose balance and may fall😅. I never learned how to push since I went straight into E skate! I feel for a RKP board the 3e could be a tad more stable not saying it's bad I feel like it could use 8 inch trucks instead of its 7 inch ones it has currently. Basically after owning the 3e I realized okay I'm going into this hobby all the way and I'm going to get a board I can ride around on all day and really get some thrust on. Since I love carving so so much I decided I might get the Tynee stinger. It has a 12s3p p42a battery with 34 miles range rating. 3000 watt x 2 motors. And a sick sick deck. It's not a shortboard/mini but it is smaller than your standard E longboard. With the double barrel 100A bushings, AT board trucks(explorer), and deep cup washers, the DKP trucks manage to stay stable above 30mph on the 34 inch deck which is impressive. I can explorer urban places with tight spaces and corners without having to step off my deck because of that sick turn radius, with the wide wheelbase you spend a lot of time leaning giving you a surf/snowboard feeling. It shits on the meepo flow(evolve stoke ripoff) in every way. The other board I'm considering is the Zeus pro bamboo or maybe the carbon. I got off topic of the 3e but anyways my 3e took a dump in two weeks. Shame on wowgo. And one of the belts came way too tight and the motor was already all the way up so I couldn't make it any looser what the fk is up with that? Production line issues, and customer service reps that speak horrible English and know nothing about e boards. Tempted to get an Boards Interstellar JUST because they are American.

As an old guy who hasn't touched a skateboard since his teen yrs, I was curious about eboards and chose the 3E as my first one. After a lot of research it seemed like the best value for a belt drive board and so far so good. I did take a bad spill, with normal skate pads not staying in place and ending up with most of the skin on my elbow and most of my forearm ripped off. I'm now using beefy motocross knee and elbow pads that look like riot gear LOL...

X4 pioneer is actually 600 now. Equally as good of a deal as the 3e rn.
