What if you have 2 key fobs? Do both have to move in/out of the box at the same time for this to work? What if one key is in the box in the house, while the other key is loose I'm my pocket? Will I be able to open the car door?

you can leave one in the box and use the other one when you're using the car. when parked you need to place them both in the box otherwise they cane reached for signal.

Hi what is the longevity of the faraday pouch? Like do we have to keepy buying them every 8 - 12 months?

I purchased a year ago, and after checking found the protection with the pouch for my key fob no longer worked.

I think my 11 year old Volvo had the best form of this technology, you have to press a button on the key to open the car but from there it's keyless ignition, you had to have the key in the car but in a pocket work's just fine. My Mrs's newer Hyundai is self opening so I have bought the box and pouch's. I just walk close to that thing with the key and the mirrors unfold.

every time I wash the car and the key is in the car, the door handles illuminate when I touch them. and when I have the key in the pocket the doors keep opening and closing lol need to put it a distance away. safety-wise the old immobilizers aren't too bad either

Same bro. They smashed the sunroof and reprogrammed the key module, then stole several modules after abandoning it from police chase. This, kill switch, shock sensor, and OBD lock.

the pouches work just as well and are for sure cheaper than the box. on the downside they don't fit much.
