Yes. Those are my flare ups exactly: getting in the car, tying my shoes and laying to bed. I'm on Week 3 of BBB and feeling very hopeful.

No, you can wait, he needs to make one on fixing a herniated disc, and preferably the miracle guarding that happened on the entire side of my body from not realizing I herniated a disc until 6 months later 😂

@@treybehindice5490 well if you join his program then just follow his steps from the halfway mark if your not injured. If you do the exercises from halfway mark easily then just skip and move onto the next. His program has most of the stuff you need to learn to strengthen back. You can also add weights to any exercise you feel is easy since he goes from injury to full strength. If you want to make it easy for strong back then just do RDL, regular deadlifts, these roman chair extensions with weights, and do all your normal upper back workouts as usual. And make sure you stretch often just like he does

How does your MRI look now? Has the disc healed in any way or did such protocols just numbed out the flare ups while keeping healing the disc? situation

Not sure what the current MRI status is. One thing is for sure that imaging does not equate function & symptoms. I focus on regaining pain-free access and life with the back. Time will tell the long term changes. Usually if things continue to feel and operate better year after year in an aspect of the body, the structure itself is doing well. Not an MD or academic that is running research right now to say with evidence, to be honest. Use your best judgement
