My calves are constantly “spazing”. My calves are trying to tell me something? Some group of muscles are not working properly which is causing my calves to work harder than they are designed to do. ANY SUGGESTIONS TO EASE THE CALF MUSCLES?

Did you actually have surgery on your disc herniation aswell? Does your method of recovering also aply to people who are recovering from a hernia surgery?

I am very interested in starting the course as I am dealing with a L5-S1 disc perfusion. Do you have a video(s) of step-by-step process?
Is there any other progression to start with if your gym doesn’t have one of these?

Tremendous work. First saw you on Dr Berg's channel. Will start the process of recovery today--thank you. (Would be great if each "Take Home Note"--which I organize via screenshots--also included the specific purpose for that particular exercise.)

Im 16 struggling with back pain when i do rdls and after some squat days and vertical training and basketball. You are awesome and alaways wondered why i cant name a single muscle that supports the low back actually in the region of the low back.

When i do all the moves that you teach it becomes about an hour and half work out. But the way i feel afterwards is better than any stretching only session. I have fix many issues that i experience coming back to soccer after 20 years. Now i play much better and with zero problems. This stuff is legit

I do not have a back injury, but from time to time, I do a good fair bit of lifting at work. I am going to start the exercises as a preventative measure to reduce my chances of a back Injury in the future. Thank you very much.

I agree, but how do you treat this which strengthening exercise exercises do you do? How do you diagnose? What’s causing your piriformis muscle to be tight?

My experience is strerch long time no injuries .. stretch a little then lots of injury
@Holger101Сағат бұрын
I stretch two minutes and then another two minutes, minimum. Long stretches in combination with strength training. Lengthening and strengthening.
@ygoeb1317 сағат бұрын
The key is strength in the lengthened position. First step is to get the motion back and then keep it by getting stronger in that position . This takes months just like other forms of strengthening

I am not finished with your video. Already it makes sense to me. I have been a lifelong athlete, many injuries over the years. Two hip replacements (i know my hips are no longer even and I'm not sure what can be done except shoe correctors). I am now dealing with a low back disc herniation. PT has discharged me. God forbid they change their program! They say I've hit a plateau. I haven't hit a plateau, they have. I don't have a back extension machine. Recommendation? I'm 75 and only 5' tall so alot of machines don't fit me. Planks? Yoga?

This is very thorough. Thanks Brendan for coming through with the information we need to fix our situation ourselves. A lot of us don't have the resources to waste in the healthcare system (sometimes even getting little to no help even at PT offices) Your mission here certainly does not go unnoticed. Thank you for spreading the awareness that it all starts with primary preventative measures like the exercises and the mobility training you showcase! I wish to attend one of your workshops soon!

Please don't tattoo; it's killing people, especially the young with a multitude of tattoos. Large B Cell Lymphoma is 81% more prevalent in the first two years post tattooing, and 21% for life thereafter. The month after the study proving the aforementioned was released, Allogene Therapeutics announced the launching of three "community cancer centers" for the specific treatment of the once rare Large B Cell Lymphoma. Allogene is now in the process of enrolling study subjects in 14 states. Non of this is a coincidence, yet the FDA or any other authority will oversee the proven toxicity of tattoo inks (heavy metal nano particles) nor the tattooing procedure due to the false premise that it is an art form therefore protected by proprietary laws (copying 400 yr old French law initiated to protect fragrance makers). Additionally, German scientist Ines Schriever has completed extensive investigation which concluded the extensive danger in tattoo inks going beyond dermal allergy and/or infection, which is bad enough, but her results regarding liver damage (within 10 years) and all organ systems, plus the fact that heavy metal nano particles cross the blood brain barrier. Tattooing is also highly associated with psychological dysfunction, particularly low self esteem, a desire to self mutilate, wanting to be noticed, and much more.
