Pile 3. This video is a year old but popped up on my timeline. I think it’s about me…in the last year I’ve changed exponentially. I have been going through the process since 2020 but most of the fundamental change has been in the last year. I was able to see what was truly important and get out of a lot of toxic mindsets and environments. Healing the inner child has been a big thing for me. Working on accepting myself and not resorting to ego defences. I am by no means perfect but I’ve come a long way. And yes, I do regret past actions. Being humbled has been a big part of my journey though.

Pile 1: work related, walked away from a leadership position that I held. Thrown them off their feet and now they see my worth that they took for granted. As I say, you can lead and motivate without a title! Pile 2 and 3 relationship. Correct, his ego is still the source of all problems. I have my walls up to protect my heart while still healing. I have already confronted and revealed his true colours, then closed the door shut on this connection. He is still on the run/hiding, hasn't found the courage to apologise......I have no respect for people like that! 2021/2022 is the year of learning to put up boundaries and focus on finding peace within myself. Pile 2. Spot on as this person has changed the narrative to suit her, telling others her tales of woe growing up etc and how I was the big bad wolf to people who don't know or have never met me. She is a convincing storyteller/knows how to act the part, manipulates and her ego wont allow her to face the truth. She is a Narcissist and a bully, she has to be in control. She is cruel and callous to those who loved her and gave her everything, but to others in her current circle appears differently. I listened to the first pile that was clearly my dad, that i haven't spoken to in a few years over pretty major stuff, and that was it to a T. I hope he has finally learned to be happier not so bitter and emotionally unavailable. I always thought he was capable of better than he did and that's what hurt as well. Pile 2. So true. It was a friend I was sincere in helping. Went to feed his kitten every 2 hours daily for 2 weeks. When he had a mission, went to give him moral support at midnight and many many other things. He made up many stories and lies about me when I did him no wrong. Even using his mother’s name to substantiate his lies. Insulting me as poor yet he’s the one who’s a convicted robber. As ‘poor’ as I was, I never robbed anyone. He will get his karma. pile 2 i had my sister in mind, it's true, my sister and her son have a huge ego, they will never admit their mistakes i held up a mirror to them which was very painful for them, they will certainly talk bad about me, but that says everything about themselves, it could also be my mother, my whole family are narcissists, I have no contact with my entire family my sister only sees the mistakes of the other, in her eyes she has never done anything wrong just right, I noticed that 2 years ago when I pointed out her mistakes, she blamed me for that and because of that we had a year and a half no more contact, eventually she contacted me herself because according to her my husband had wished her a happy new year but she never said sorry, she even started pointing out mistakes to me again, the contact broke down again after 2 years, and i am glad i got rid of her, i'm finally rid of her, of my whole narcissistic family
