You are telling reasons why "Tor" is not great, but bringing up things that are not related to it, like public information of the user, or malware in the pc. It's not tor related problems.

the only anonymity tor provides is your endpoint, but most data collection and tracking is done through sessions, which was her point. If you're logged into your google account while browsing, google tracking analytics that are installed on almost every platform will still be able to track your activity, regardless of your endpoint.

Tor is great, but your ISP may still know that you are using VPN. With hackers becoming smarter, Tor may be soon outdated.

Using a VPN is only better at getting you caught, they are shady asf apart from maybe mullvad if you buy it with crypto or cash to remove any and all links to you.
