makes sense . thats why it easier for me to fall asleep in my 90°F car at night (no ac) than it is inside my appartment at 70°F. it so hot in my car i start sweating before i even fall asleep and somehow i get a good 8 to 10 hours of deep sleep waking up drenched in sweat but feeling amazing.😂

I need to take half bath coz of my body getting real hot. After the bath, ill feel relax and fall asleep easily.
