DOES YOUR LEXUS HAVE THIS HIDDEN FEATURE? KEYFOB LINKING

It is very typical of Lexus to have quirky features that you would never know about unless you read every page of the owner's manual. And this is one of them. It it is not technically a 'hidden' feature, but it is definitely not an obvious one.
You may already be aware of this feature, but I certainly have been surprised about how many people I've told who had no idea about this after owning this car for years! Hopefully this has helped many of you out there to discover another great thing about your Lexus car!

It always stuns me how many salespeople dont know their product ? Great car Sammy , there is a F sport for sale in ChCh with same interior and ML audio like yours .Soooo wish I was in the market.

Sorry thought I replied to this! Yeah it is pretty crazy. It gets awkward sometimes when the dealer says ‘no, that’s not how it works’ and then you pull the owners manual and go ‘yeaaaahhh pretty sure it does…’ But yeah my previous 3IS was an f sport but this one is limited, but I bought the red seats to put into it. ML is definitely a must have on the 3IS too

Oh really? Looking at a nice one currently and forgot to ask the owner. Thanks, one question if I may, the std audio looks good on paper (10 speaker according to leather optioned model lexus NZ brochure) are they pretty good? Not ML quality of course but still okay?

@@timj41 yeah so there’s 3 audio options, base (6 speakers), premium (10 speakers) and ML (14 speakers). The premium is by far the most common and ML is incredibly, incredibly rare. But I’m definitely really impressed with the premium 10 speaker - it seriously is really good. Very happy with it. Decent bass and still nice and clear. No issues with it whatsoever :)
