You have a pleasant voice and a very likable personality!

I've noticed this a couple months ago. Intentionally going back to how I used to talk feels kinda weird. I still occasionally go back towards it unintentionally though. It still doesn't exactly sound particularly feminine yet but I like it a lot more, so I'm using it more and more :) I'm mainly working on inflection and range when I talk. I'm thinking about looking into voice training lessons sometime. I really need feedback and tips on what I'm doing.

Thats what many have said, that it sort of hurts physically to go back into the low voice.

Your normal speaking voice _sounds_ more natural and comfortable for you anyway, at least to my ears.

It's not fake, just different! For years your subconscious has gotten used to your voice sounding a certain way. Now you are changing it, it sounds weird, or strange. This is natural at first to consider this new voice to feel false, especially when you're are right at the beginning of your journey, and you haven't discovered what your new voice will be yet! Find your new voice and use it - within a very short period of time, your mind will accept this new voice as how you sound as your new norm.

I love how you spoke about genderfluidity, and just seemed so positive/enthusiastic about it all. As a non-binary/genderfluid femme myself, starting to properly lean into voice training and getting set up for HRT etc., people like you are really affirming to hear from!! X

I'm so happy to continue on my journey! Even though sometimes it 'feels fake' when I'm using my voice in a higher position, I also know of places where low position feels FAKER

Yes, voice is a huge source of dysphoria for me, but at this point it matches the outside.
