Today on The Skid Factory We've got Ian's Gen 4 Liberty Wagon in for a few repairs in preparation for SuperCheap Auto Powercruise 91!
Making a reliable 500KW from a 2.5L is a pretty epic achievement and it's done via a Closed Deck & Sleeved EJ25 mated with Spec C EJ207 Heads, a Haltech Elite 2500 controls the show and Boost supplied by a Garrett GTX35/84RS.
If you're after a more detailed build review check out our previous Build Review on MCM TV2

Great content no matter the format Al and Woody. You need to do what keeps you guys happy, can definitely see how you'd like to get a project in and out the door in one video after staring at a big project for months on end. At the end of the day it's mostly you guys, the laughs you have with each other, the skill sets you show us and much more besides that keep us all interested, the cars are just a happy byproduct of what you do. Thank you Al and Woody. ❤️

The great about tour channel is the variety lads. It keeps the show real, its honest content, you don't want to be a show with a set format, I reckon that would take the fun out of it and make it less fun for you lads, and after all isn't that the point. It's real life building of real people cars. It's not buy-fix-sell-repeat like so many good channels have become. Be real and keep up the great work 🤙👍🇮🇪🇦🇺

Great format, keep doing what your doing. Unlike other channels you are getting projects done, running and out the door. modus operandi for most other channels seems to be "this week we get another way out of price project no blue collar man can afford to half finish and push in the corner so we can start another one next week to do the same, In between time let take our one running project out and blow it up due to lack of preparation and push it into the corner too." Once again Al and Woody are doing a great job, I've never had anything to do with JDM stuff (leaky toilet seats and 8 cylinders are me) but find you guys very informative and entertaining.

I like the mix of big builds and these smaller single video projects. The bigger builds are really interesting as they are a deep-dive into a full build and the smaller projects are really satisfying to watch. Start to finish, with the end result in action, in 30 minutes is great. Coming along for a six month project is equally great, seeing all the pieces come together, to become a spectacular car. The banter and fun you're having makes any format a good watch. That is what the vast majority of TV shows are lacking. Keep up the great work and thanks for all the entertainment!

This type of video is all part of it. When you build a car, it just doesn't stop there. It is good to see that there is also an evolution and that these blokes hold onto some of their built cars. Some more content on how they drive, not just on the track would be good. Keep it up.
