My 11.5 year old Hank had at least 30 lipomas all over his body. Some of them were growing larger and it was very concerning to me. I watched this video and switched my dog to a mostly meat diet with a little vegetables mixed in. Since putting him on this diet there has been a noticeable decrease in the size of Hank's lipomas. Another benefit has been the size of his stools has decreased significantly...making it easier to clean up after him. Thank you Dr. Jones.

I have to wait for 2 weeks till my appointment. Two years ago my other cat also had a small lump on his neck. I had the vet do the surgery to remove it and send it to biopsy. Luckily it was not cancer. I pray to god it just a fatty tumor or something that is easily treatable.

@@cynthia-vj9oe I have come to believe that most animals' & human's health issues begin with gut health. I would take your dog off of any kibble, as I did to mine. Kibble causes leaky gut which leads to inflammation of joints, allergies, and a myriad of other health issues. I give mine the best canned dog food I can afford and augment it with alternating things; boiled eggs, raw ground beef, grated raw carrots, chopped fresh spinach, olive oil, coconut oil, etc. Dogs really are omnivores, their counter parts (wolves, foxes, etc) eat herbs and berries in the wild. That's why many dogs will eat grass. They know what their bodies need better than we do. Vets should be there to assist us. But we need to do our own research and be the advocates for our animals. Below is a link to a great resource channel for you. All the best to you and your animal. kzbin.info/www/bejne/ooaagIykeduVbdEsi=OhN4Vx38eCilGSTL

@@cynthia-vj9oe Please remember that vets don't have all the answers, they are only there to guide us. And most meds come with worse side effects than what you're dealing with. So whatever treatment they advise you, go home and do your research before you proceed. My vet advised Librela shots, the latest, greatest miracle drug for arthritis, and dogs are dying from it. Thankfully I declined it. There are always natural treatments, which Dr. Jones speaks about. They just take effort and time in this "instant results" world that we all live in. Don't lose hope. My poodle is 11 years old and is having a couple of problems. Until now, he has been quite healthy. His probs are 1) "stinky butt" (anal gland probs) and 2) a mass on his left, rear leg. No pain at all. For 1), I have been adding apple fiber/cellulose/liver powder to greek yogurt. He loves it. I've seen some improvement and he doesn't stink nearly as bad. I am also going to add this to chopped chicken. For 2), I am about to order essiac 8 herb softgels (796mg per 2 gels) and bcm-95 curcumin. The latter is more potent than 95% curcumin+peperine. "As a result, BCM-95® is six-to seven times more bioavailable than ordinary 95% extract. Just one 400 mg dose of this new bioavailability-enhanced turmeric extract is equivalent to taking 2,772 mg of standard “95%” curcumin extract or 2,548 mg of plant-bound curcumin extract with piperine." (www.lifeextension.com/Magazine/2007/10/report_curcumin/Page-01 This article also talks about bcm-95's "Powerful Cancer Protection.") Also, "BCM-95® is the world’s most preferred curcumin extract, boasting a dossier of over 50 clinical studies and a 15-year track record for safety!" (dolcas-biotech.com/products/bcm95/) I look forward to helping my dog become healthier! I hope this helps others, too!

In the meanwhile, I'm saving every penny for this appointment. I've stated my dog on an oral probiotic and a high protein diet. I plan on taking your advice on the green tea. I've made a vitamin A, coconut oil, apple cider vinegar and turmeric paste and apply that to the growth 1 to 2 times daily. I've been vigilant in cleaning it twice daily. I can't thank you enough for the tips. I'm subscribed and notified.

Yes, the mix worked well for cleaning and preventing infection however,, Waiting for the appointment to have the exterior growth removed an interior lymphoma popped up over night. Taking her in for Emergemcy Surgery at 7 am. I have a gofundme on my page and really need some help. I've managed to save $500 and reaching to non profits for any help which has yet to prove successful but hoping for the best. Xoxo thank u

My now 9yr old Boxer mix has a HUGE lump on his back leg. Sirgery was recommended and it was traumatic the fat was intertwined in his muscle fibers and he was hospitralized foe two weeks . It grew back and again surgery is the only option prpposed. I have changed his diet away from commercial dog food and would like info on getting your supplement. He is 80 lbs and lean.

Our Rottweiler was prone to these and throughout her life she ended up with a few smaller ones and then at least 3 that grew to be pretty good size. A couple of them she had for a few years were about the size of an egg. One on her chest and one on her side. She had had them for a couple of years and our vet kept an eye on them as well as did biopsies. After a few years we noticed that one of them, the egg size one on her chest seemed to be harder than before and started growing quickly. Took her in for a biopsy and it had gone from a lipoma to an aggressive cancer. Same thing happened to another one she had a couple of years later. So.... I would encourage people to keep an eye on these, especially if you are used to them and don't really pay as much attention as you did when they first came up. If they suddenly started to go from mushy to hard, and they seem to start growing, definitely go and get checked out right away.

Thank you for sharing! Our dog has several that seem to be growing. The vet has seen him and wasn’t too concerned.. but one growth is continuing to expand. I can’t afford $500 every two months to see our vet here in California- so I’m trying to figure out if there is a way to safely remove them myself. Many blessings!

Thank you so much for your support and information! Not only am I in the most expensive state of NJ for veterinary care.my dog tends to panic and any tests on her eye would have been very hard...my other dog 3 years ago I went for the stain etc and got eye drops that burned when putting in and caused itchiness and he reinjured several times wore and fought a cone and took month to heal up. This was same but no itchiness or burning and she liked the tea and honey in her eye and I only had to give her baby aspirin once a day for 3 days at night she slept peacefully. If pain wasn't gone with the baby aspirin I would have gone to vet. She seeing fine eye all brown and bright again!thanks with your help!

Don't neglect testing your dog for possible serious issues. My dog had lipomas. The first one was surgically removed. But then the other one appeared. The vets were clueless, and since it didn't bother the dog we let it go. Until several years later we found the dog had leukemia. It turns out lipomas are one of the early signs of leukemia. We didn't know that, the vets don't know that either.

Due to my situation in life, where I battle cults and hate groups, I cannot fully trust anyone. This channel has given me the winning ability to care for my rescue dogs. Over a year ago, my black lab was diagnosed with a nose tumor that had no cure; I was told to go home and hope for the best. I put the dog in my van and cried all the way home. Then I found your channel and swear by the Ultimate Canine Advanced Formula. I have four jars in stock at all times. Vinny is doing great -- well over 15 months after that doomsday veterinary visit in Chicago. This product has reduced the tumor and facial swelling and has given Vinny more energy and zest for life. Thank you for turning your lemons of the past into fresh lemonade for all of us! A real blessing in disguise.

Can dogs..mine is shi-tzu...but can they have thyroid problems and cause him to start gasping for air and shakes from fear as im comforting and try to make sure his tongue isn't stuck on his pallet and also massage his neck and throat area till hes alright..i just noticed a severe hard knot on the side of his neck and he wants me to stimulate he im in this area as well but its scary hes my rescue and service furby..i am with several probs. And he tries CPR when I have seizures and listens to my heart and will la underneath my arm against my chest till he knows im ok..he will know for a couple days before and will not leave my side..hes also recently was wayyyy ahead on my cancer and emergency surgery i had and truthfully I had no clue what he was trying to show me because until I ended up in emergency surgery completely unexpected and after the diagnosis and prognosis i only learned it was 3rd stage cancer..so George has been the best furbuddy I rescued..in truth I didn't receive him as a service dog but i totally believe saving him has saved me wa ya many times on several different problems..so im just curious if thyroid can be a thing..im not saying a diagnosis cuz I know you can't but if they can im praying I can help him like he soes me and being on disability and no help.. from veterinarians unless you have money up front and I don't but living in a different state they won't do credit monthly and this kills my heart 💔💔💔

So special to see the Lewis/Pearl pictures :) I love how when Pearl saw the syringe and antiseptic she sorta put her head down and sighed like to say "oh here he goes again!". What a sweet heart she is - but I miss Lewis. Thank you for all this wonderful information about Lipomas as my dog is having a real issue with them. We had limited carbs but losing weight was not happening. I already have him on the Ultimate Canine formula - should I still add more Vitiamin E? I will start Green Tea and Curcumin tomorrow.
@VeterinarySecrets7 жыл бұрын
Hi Pam, Great and Thanks. You don't need to add in additional Vit E, but the Green Tea and Curcumin are good ideas

Thank you! He actually loves the green tea - must taste different to dogs :) It made my other dog jealous cause I gave Buddy a cup of something 'special" and Blue did not get a cup of tea so looks like they will both be getting green tea with meals now :) About yogurt - neither will eat plain yogurt but treat vanilla yogurt like its a desert even when I mix it with other foods - is there a downside to using flavored yogurts? I checked and the ingredients are the same - except for the added vanilla flavoring - no added sugars or anything in the brand I buy.

If you can’t afford the vet don’t get the pet. Veterinarians spend 7 years in school and 2-3 in residence and then they starts Day 1 of being a practising doctor. Then to run a Clinic they new several Staff, medications, equipment, lease, taxes ETC and most Vets do have compassion discounts but they can’t go around giving everyone freebies or cheaper services. They prescribe to you treatments that have been scientifically proven. These natural treatments may or may not work but they do not have the Same research behind them and these are more of preventative measures. I understand the frustration but perhaps you were a little quick to just assume the Vets are money greedy. They dedicated their life to animals. They deal with PTSD and depression from what they go through. Most would love to go through possible costs of having a animal BEFORE getting one and would be able to point you towards animal insurance. People like you really make their jobs even harder.

@@kmasse81 It seems Holistic medcine was done no justice in this predicament so I would like to take up the mantel of explanting this topic. By no means am I telling you to change your mind or trying start a fight I just don't like how the previouse speaker handled your questions so carelessly. This is my explantion to your question and I hope it provides what you are looking for, if not then at least I can say I tried. First and foremost both pharmaceuticals and holistic or alternative medicine are based in science. No medicine should be based in faith or you could accidently poison someone. Now having faith in being healed from something is an entirely different subject that I will not delving into as it is not the correct audience. Pharmaceuticals are allopathic which is basically all modern, science based medicine that exist in doctors office and stores today. Allopathic medicine is made to treat a patient's symptoms rather than the source of those symptoms. This is why people stay sick even when they are given medication because it isn't fixing the problem it's just covering up the symptoms and the discomfort they cause. They base the treatment on the disease rather than the individual which doesn't work, there isn't a medical one size fits all with how diffrent each body is. Alternative medicine is holistic which is used on an individual bases by accounting for many factors of their life into why said person is sick. Things like environment, diet, stressors, medical history, and general life. Their condition as a whole, externally and internally is thoroughly accounted for in order to decide an appropriate course of treatment. The reason holistic treatment is considered natural over it's allopathic sibling is because there is the use of whole plants rather than a single isolated compound that is used in modern medicine. Pharmaceuticals are single compounds derived from plants and synthesized in a lab as pills or liquids. They are then mass produced for our use after going through a medical trail phase. Holistic is called natural due to the use of the whole plant in medicine giving it multiple positive effects rather than a specific ability and it is from a source in nature thus getting the " natural" or "raw" title. It also is used to treat the source of the symptoms rather than covering up the patients discomfort. So all in all the point is that holistic medicine strives to be a complete, whole, and balanced treatment against the source of a patient's symptoms. I am still taking my college courses for the holistic medicine but I offered up what I do know and hope it is decent enough for you. I also hope you read it all and if you do then thank you so much for lending an ear to my novel. I am also not a medical professional so disclaimer that this is not to be perceived as medical advice.
