Dog handler details laws for service animals

Would it just mske life easier for you to put a vest on your service dog? Seems like it would save you time and stress. Anyone can walk in to any business w any animal and just claim the animal is a service animal.

There is no official vest, so anyone could just get any old vest and put a service dog tag on it. Also in hot weather a vest may not be appropriate.
