Dog Has A Hard Stomach But No Pain

HELP !!! my dog has liquid belly. We drained her twice but she’s big again. Vets r being no help. After blood and x rays and testing of the liquid they still can’t tell me why. Her kidneys and heart came back fine. Will my dog be okay if I just keep draining her.? She’s a crocker Spaniard 8yr. Is there any natural remedy I can give her please ???
