I have a smooth coat Chi, so recognize the AM routine. Paco loves to go outside (walk/potty) when we get up, then, he has his b'fast (kibble). He HAS to sit on my lap after b'fast, while I work on the computer; when he tires of that, he goes off to his bed (watching me!). The one thing in the video that "concerned" me was the amt of food (canned, THEN, kibble); that is just the exact recipe for a VERY overweight and unhealthy dog (IMO). Cool the amt of food, PLZZZZZ. Regardless, these little guys/gals are the best!!! Paco brightens my AM, for sure! Both of y'all Be Safe~!

She is O SO SO CUTE!. Do think about some steps for bed and couch even though she jumps up and down so easily now as years go by it could cause problems on those little adorable legs. We bought a ramp and my Chi Chi Chihuahua loves it and even our spaniels use it too. Susan

@@ashnicolle2973 I've had mainly shepherds and with work i've got a pup pretty much done in a day or so , but having researched chihuahua's they say they are pretty stubborn and can take a while which I thought yeah right , I can do this but i'll admit I have a heap of pee pads down because i'm exhausted as I have a hubby in full time care to look after also and i'm running on empty most of the time , but I guess we'l get there ( I'm still not going to trust her sleeping on my bed yet though LOL ) maybe when she's older .

My mother used to have a chihuahua that barked at everything and bit everyone but her. It purposely shit inside in the same place and she refused to discipline it. Anyways she passed and I had to watch the little terror. It bit me once before I got a high strength electric shock collar and had it muzzles for biting a 2 year old girl and not letting go. After about a week the little shit finally realized who was boss. Anyways it finally died when someone woman got sick of it. My brother had taken it for a walk no leash. So it started harassing some pitbull and you can guess how that turned out. Listening to that little shithead yelp and scream and finally what it had coming made me genuinely happy

Please be careful when letting her outside. Birds of prey will watch her and swoop down and grab her, since she's so little. I know of someone who lost their Yorkie this way. Please go out with her to protect her.

Easy... dog food is a giant debate. I think dry food is horrible. I cook for my dogs. To each his own.

That might be true but dry food helps keep teeth more clean, I think thats the issue here my white long haired chuhuhua had really bad teeth I got her when she was 3yrs old I took her to get her teeth cleaned and they removed 13 rotten teeth with that being said later in her life she had digestive problems nervous around loud noises she lived to be 14 yrs ,but she had a heart murmur congestive heart failure bad kidneys an a enlarged heart, keep your dogs teeth clean please 🙏 I believe that my dogs bad teeth killed her I had her put to sleep, as so she wouldn't suffer. Anymore all the meds I tried just made her sick and it was awful to see
