Love this and easy to follow on my Ipad. I made 4 of these so far and they come out so cute I made a couple adjustments and put the plaid on the back of the Stocking also instead of fur. Love Love Love it. Thank you so much Lorrie keep up the great work

Hi Lorrie, I stumbled upon this video and absolutely love it. I have tried to create it in design space, but, I am having a hard time because design space has made many updates since this video and following along, I do not have the same options to choose when detaching, etc. Christmas is coming, maybe you can post an updated version of this video?

Great tutorial can't wait to try! How do you add the seam allowances to the inner and outer stocking pieces in design space?
@LorrieNunemaker7 жыл бұрын
Darla Harsch you can just make it as big as you want and add 1/2” or 1/4” whatever seam allowance you want to the overall height and width. Ie if you want an 8” wide stocking then I’d make it 9” which allows for 1/2” on each side

How thick is the Sherpa fabric? I see a setting for faux fur on the maker but I can’t get it through the machine.

Can u make this with the explore air?
@LorrieNunemaker7 жыл бұрын
LISA SCOTT you could cut it it in paper and then use that as a pattern to cut your fabric by hand. You can cut the paw print with heat n bond in the Explore

Lorrie, is it possible to get the pattern for those of us that don't have a Cricut?
@mrsmrs48445 жыл бұрын
Hi Lorrie! Can you please tell me if you ALWAYS place the good side of the fabric facing UP on your Cricut Maker Pink mat? The reason I ask is that I am going to try to make a bunny head and I will have 2 pieces for the bunny head - one for the outer top piece and one for the bottom piece. However, if I place BOTH top and bottom fabric pieces face UP on the mat, wouldn't I have problems matching up the 2 pieces? I am getting really, confused about this.... The ears would not match up if I cut it wrong.... Also, when would I use the REVERSE setting when I am cutting on the Maker? Would it be in this case? Do I just place the fabric FACE UP for the top piece and bottom and then click on REVERSE for one of the cutouts? I am EXTREMELY confused about this.... PLEASE HELP!!! Thank you!
@LorrieNunemaker5 жыл бұрын
Mrs Mrs you can do it either way just beware if you’re drawing any seam allowances you want it to draw on the backside obviously. I usually cut my fabric right side up
