Meyer’s Tails Up Farm hosted a FREE community event for all dog lovers. Area residents brought their furry friends (secured on a 6’ leash) and enjoyed a day packed with activities, entertainment, and more!

Plus, attendees made donations to the Belvidere Police Department K9 Unit and spun the prize wheel for a chance to win amazing prizes!
Kent and Gwen Meyer, owners of Meyer’s Tails Up Farm, Meyer’s Canine Colony in Roscoe, and Meyer’s Animal House in DeForest, WI, invited the community to experience the best of doggie fun and education. For over 30 years, the Meyer family has been dedicated to providing luxury lodging, grooming, daycare, and obedience classes for pets in northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin.
“It’s so important for people to remember that dogs need not just exercise, but mental stimulation. This event was designed, first to be a fun and free family day out with your dog, but second, to allow owners to learn new ways to keep your dog happy and healthy,” said Gwen Meyer.
