If you buy a leather punch tool you should be able to use it on the biothane to make a new hole! There’s different types, one is kinda like a heavy duty hole punch and the other one is a stamp type thing that you hit with a hammer/mallet. You could probably use a sharp object to just stab a hole but using an actual tool will make it look nicer. Hope this helps!

We call our dogs ‘training tab’ a safety clip. Ours is definitely not as nice material as the one you got. Ours is just basic cord nylon but it gets the job done and makes sure if the prong ever malfunctions that she has a collar on still for when we need it.
