There’s around 100 minions in tiers 1-5 and about 30 in tiers 1&2. When you’re on tier 5 you refresh 5 minions. Odds of hitting without bobble is 5/100 or 5%. With bobble is 5/70 or 7.1% per refresh.

So your chance of hitting is about 40% better than before. After 14 refreshes you should “always” hit a bran

This is wrong since the number of copies of a minion in the pool is different for each tier. The lower tiers have more copies of each minion than the higher ones, so it actually increases your odds more than this

The numbers per tier are, unless it's changed, 16-15-13-11-9-7 copies of each card. So each tier 1 or 2 is weighted almost twice as much as a tier 5. Which does also mean the general chance of hitting a Brann a bit lower than stated. A very rough ballpark on my end gives me that Bobblehead increases the chance from about 4% to about 6.5%, or a 60% increase.
