Macaw is just better rampager with the reborn taunt because it also hits itself, the only way it's worse is if the macaw doesn't hit anything. Plus if you have macaw baron you get even more but with rampager the only thing you can do is triple it

Because for me it's completely opposite, it's like that on low MMR sure, but every high MMR player I see is always playing towards a comp, and sometimes they miss everything, are forced into tempo to try to live.
