Here's the thing you gotta remember especially now a days. What works today may not work tomorrow. At one time 2% 3% 4% was acceptable and good as far as yield goes. However if you talk inflation and let's say inflation is 5% a year. With the S&P at that rate of inflation your not even keeping up, where as a company like RITM your making a 3-4% profit because your outpacing a 5% inflation rate. However with the "safe" option your losing at least 1% to inflation every year. The S&P thing makes no sense anymore. "Unless you believe inflation is only at 2-3%" which even still if it was your taking a risk be it a lower risk but still a risk just to break even, I think it's a fools game.

I feel like theres levels to this shit, if you do the base level researching you will likely be in a boat similar to doge millionaire guy minus the lucky investment of early doge. I think doge at these levels currently isn't bad compared to where it was though im not a hater, but I think most people don't research. For example i bet he cant explain why hes invested in cardano, and i wonder if he knows how far behind it is compared to eth. Also does he know all the set backs it has had, why cardano over polkadot just for example, a finished ecosystem or something like matic which is 10x better than cardano minimum.
