Kyungsoo is the best male pop vocalist of our generation. Not kpop. Pop. He is just a head and shoulders above everybody else. The tone, the clarity, the emotion, the amount of things he can do with his voice is endless but his stylistic choices are always so classy, never doing too much. He is doing difficult things but making it sound so inviting and easy and natural… It’s seriously fucking amazing

This right here is why he is one of the main vocalists in EXO, as well as one of the best vocalists in Kpop. I choked up a bit right from the start. I'm not that a big fan of Kyung Soo, not until I heard him sing 'Love Wins All' with IU and Suhyun's voice is to die for. She has this clarity and purity in her voice that is so so good. A clean tone indeed. Together, they create a vocal harmony that literally made me emotional and gave me chills.

He has released 3 albums already. 1st Emparhy (Acoustic) 2nd Expectation 3rd Blossom. Love all albums.. no skip for me. I recommend you start from the 3rd tho. Cant say its my fave but I guess it is. Hehe title tracks with MV you can watch are Rose, Someebody, Mars and Popcorn. Kyungsoo is also known for singing great covers. If you have time watch him in LeeMujinService, Seasons with Zico , IU's Palette you will enjoy it I promise. And please check out Lee Youngji's Small Girl feat. Kyungsoo MV. 😊❤

I hope we can see the behind the scene before they recorded the song. Like how they arranged it, did they talk about how each one will sing their own parts. It seems like suhyun was the 1st one to record, so I was thinking that kyungsoo was the one who had to adjust to her.

D.O’s been practicing. His diction has improved. They both sound beautiful but what’s always frustrating for me with these covers is I just can’t unhear the Korean accent because I know how Hangul is constructed and which muscles they always struggle with (I know…nobody cares it’s just me since my friend is a music teacher who specializes in languages & even created a course for this & I somehow coincidentally ended up performing under his colleague). And OMG you’ve GOOOOOOTTA get these “feels” songs right! It ‘s the difference between feels & a sitcom. But it was only slightly noticeable thank goodness! They nailed the emotion part so it wasn’t too distracting. But in their native language she’s one of my favourite Kpop vocalists. One of my most played songs is AKMU’s “How can I love the heartbreak”

Idk if you have done any AKMU reactions but they have so many great songs where she shines too. Songs like Dinosaur are more vocally impressive. But what I can say for sure is she suits the Disney theatre-y songs really well. Also their clear pronunciation also helps in blending with each other really well. Probably why I like these two on this song so much. So happy you reacted to them. Btw I remember you mentioning you'll do more aespa song recording reactions. Is it still happening?
