Overview of the transfer process at Doha Hamad International Airport (DOH). As one of the super hubs in the Middle East, DOH is designed to facilitate connections from one flight to another, to cities around the world.

Wonderful Video! Bravo. Just the thing I needed to decrease my anxieties. By chance when you were going through security you went through business class security check. If I am business class going to Doha but my connecting is economy class to Dubai...(all the flights are with Qatar airways) could I still go through business security technically? do they ask to see your ticket to ensure its business? Thank you.

As far I know, doha airport has train to catch the connecting flight... How can i catch train to make my connecting flight?? Should i ask anyone?

The moment you check in your boarding get, your baggage section is updated as well. Meaning yes it is automatically transferred.

Hello, I plan to travel from JFK(USA) to Hyderabad (India) via Doha. So once I land in Doha, do you know if I have to change my terminal or just go for security check and go to my new gate. So is it just gate change or terminal change too ?

That's correct - there is sterile transit at Doha.

How long did it take you to go through the security check point? I'm so worried, I have a connecting flight in DOHA that's only a 45 minute layover.

If you need to go through an additional security check, then 45 minutes will indeed be tight. Otherwise, it should be fine.

I have a layover ttime of 1hr 45mins give or take, is it enough to get through security using ECONOMY LINE and reach the gates for my next flight? I am travelling from Kolkata to Montreal with a layover in Doha through Qatar Airways.

Yes, normally you need around 45 minutes, if is not crowded. Worse case scenario you will need 20-30 minutes more, no need to worry.

Only follow the transit Signs, go for securitycheck then you come to the big bear. From there you have A,B,C,D and E. Walk or take the train.

It all depends on where your connecting flight gate is at. Sometimes it can make sense but otherwise it might just be quicker to walk.

Yeah I guess, my recommendation Is you are prepared for delays, I know qatar airways dosen't delay, but you still have to prepare, and It's okay If you are about 5 to 10 minutes late to the gate, they will still let you In.
