Actually the judge is wrong with what was said at the end of the case when it came to the plaintiff saying what his lawyer told him about evicting the guy named Ron. In many states there is a law that says if someone comes to your house even just as a visitor and they're there for a certain number of hours or days they are technically considered a resident. Even without a verbal agreement or a signed lease. So let's say you invite someone over your house for dinner and several hours later you get into an argument with them and you asked them to leave but they won't. When you call the police and tell them come get this person out of my house they will ask you is there any weapons or physical domestic dispute that happen? When you say no the law will inform you, that you have to go through an eviction process as stupid as it sounds.
