I have to agree, seeing his little daughter (and his wife) backing him up at war of the woods was a moment to remember.

I love ladder bars. 4 link is great but most people get themselves in trouble with a 4 link and don't really know what to do with it. Ladder bars are a lot simpler and do a really good job and take some of the complications out of it. You can do a lot with a ladder bar and good shock and weight/ tire adjustments and go fast for less. Don't get me wrong 4 link gives you more adjustments but most people don't know what adjustments to make to it. Awesome interview. Really interesting to hear his story.

@ 6:35 leaf springs with caltracks are indeed a winning combo , I would argue if a guy is just starting out, put your money in other places 1st, those leaf's with a good shock will take you a long way and can even be the best combo on some surfaces

I'm trying to put together something for the first time to actually race on the street. I have my wife's complete support. If I'm out of the house, she claims that she couldn't be any happier. Now that's support. I think?

Well Jason I hate to tell you but you're getting to the end of the road going faster I mean you've been almost a 4.4s in Charlie Brown I would say with the upgrades you've done by the end of the year you will have them topped out so get ready to spend the big money if you're going to keep going to the 3s get ready to build a car like Justin Swanstorm or you are going to come to the end of the road with going faster like you say. So know you might see why some really fast guys are doing back of the track and real no prep now a days and hell you can't beat the money Dig or Die paid 37,000 thousand dollars to win the last race tell the how many front side good no prep races pay that?
