Today, We're bringing it way back, like 10 years ago way back. I'm revisiting the hardest high school track workout the 1600m and 3200m varsity group would do: the infamous 6x600m
It's simple:
-Run 6 total 600m repeats on every 6th minute.
-example: Run 600m in 1:45 you have 4:15 seconds until your next 600m repeat starts (6:00-1:45=4:15)
-Try to go at mile pace of faster and get quicker every repeat if possible
-suffer immensely. Enjoy!
