Hello Ms. Katie... I'm having my first event/fair show soon and I'm excited! My question is regarding my stock/inventory. Most of the warmers I have in stock are discontinued (some last season, others previous seasons)as well as scents in wax bars, room sprays etc... may I put them out to sell? If so what price do I charge, like for bars since price went up?

Hey, I know this is an old post. But I have a question. Ok say I do a Raffle at an event. Can i use their info on the card to send emails to about like Warmer and wax of the month? Or should I just have a clipboard for people to sign up for monthly updates?

O have found that when you do a raffle, people are only giving you the info to get something free and then ignore you from then on. Very few of those have turned into anything for me. My best choice so far was having a large binder open on the table with a place for name, email and phone number. I would tell people they could sign my guest book but that was completely up to them. 95% filled it out. I would make notes next to the peraons name if something about our conversation stood out). Every single person that filled out the info knew it was so I could contact them and they expected nothing in return. I even hot a recruit and two possible recruits from doing that at my last event.
